Wrap-N-Pack Acquires Wolf Paper

September 1, 2004, Farmingdale, New York - Sheldon Weinreb, President of Wrap-N-Pack, Inc., a premier distributor of industrial packaging supplies, announced the acquisition of Wolf Paper & Twine of New York, NY. Founded in 1916, Wolf Paper is a well-known supplier of quality packaging materials servicing the New York metropolitan area.
The acquisition of Wolf Paper adds a significant New York City presence to Wrap-N-Pack's existing sales base. Weinreb said, "The acquisition will add thousands of new customers to our existing New York City customer base and will add many new jobs at our Farmingdale location."
Wrap-N-Pack selected Long Island based Equity Transfers Advisory Services, Inc. to help guide it through the transaction. Wrap-N-Pack continues to seek value-added acquisitions in the New York metropolitan area that specialize in packaging materials as well as related industries. Wolf Paper represents Wrap-N-Pack's seventh acquisition.
Founded in 1977, Wrap-N-Pack offers many customer-oriented service programs such as "In By 5" guaranteed next day delivery and "BNE" same day delivery. They recently introduced the "Iron Ox" brand corrugated box that guarantees true-to-size dimensions with true-to-spec board quality. They also offer in-house custom printing on stock boxes. Since its inception, Wrap-N-Pack's commitment to customer service and daily on demand deliveries utilizing their own fleet of trucks has made them one of the most respected packaging distributors in the region.
