Pre-Market Value Creation
When appropriate, we provide project-based consulting to create value and increase salability. Depending on client needs, this phase can take several months or longer.
Confidential Business Memorandum
We craft your company's story and prepare a detailed CIM covering organization, management, market position, and historical and projected financials. A company video may be included.
Wide-Net Buyer Outreach
We prepare a one-page Teaser and go to market through our multiple, robust databases and networks — casting a wide net to generate maximum buyer interest.
NDA, CIM & Buyer Q&A
Interested buyers sign a Nondisclosure Agreement before receiving the CIM. We then conduct Q&A sessions and collect offers from qualified parties.
LOI, Diligence & Close
We hold meetings with buyers, select those best positioned to issue a Letter of Intent, then work alongside your attorneys, accountants, and advisors through diligence to a successful close.

Michael Muzzy
Managing Director & Co-Founder
Michael co-founded Equity Transfers in 1996. He is experienced in reorganizing, building, and growing companies. Previously CFO of Bennett X-Ray Technologies — the world's largest manufacturer of diagnostic imaging equipment, sold to Thermo Electron (Thermo Fisher Scientific) in 1995. Mike also spent ten years in Public Accounting at National Firms as a CPA.
